Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Black

Jay and Meredith were married this past weekend  and I had the honor of serving as a bridesmaid in their wedding.  Everything was beautiful and no detail went untouched.  Below are a few photos I snapped throughout the day.

Photography + A Beautiful Weekend

Laura and I attended a photography workshop Saturday morning by Sara of Sara Parker Photography.  I found it very beneficial and am excited to begin practicing!  The only problem is that my main subject doesn't like to sit still for long periods of time!

After the workshop, we met up with Jon and Parker and went to the USC baseball scrimmage and walked around the Horseshoe.  It was a beautiful day in "Famously Hot" Columbia.  We ended the evening with a game night at Jared and Kristi's house.     

 

 

 

  

This and That

I'm including some pictures we've been taking around the neighborhood recently. I love my new camera! Although I still don't really know how to do much other than turn it on, I can tell a difference in our pictures.

We have a busy weekend planned. We're going to a couples shower for Jacob and Cameron tonight and then all the family is crashing at our place. Tomorrow is Halloween and the Carolina vs. Tennessee game. Let's Go Cocks!

New Camera

Pops surprised me with a new camera as a birthday gift! I am so excited to use it! At this point, all I know how to do it turn it on, but I can't wait to learn the insides and outs and begin taking photos. I've messed around with it a little over the past couple of days.
