BBQ Chicken Pizza

Delicious, Easy and Fun!

-Baste pre-cooked pizza dough with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce.

-Mix 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce.
(I shredded two chicken breasts that had been cooking in the Crock-pot throughout the day).

-Pour that mixture over the dough.

-Top with sliced red onion, cilantro/parsley and Monterry Jack shredded cheese.

-Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly (approximately 15 minutes).

Enjoy with a nice glass of red vino!


Haven't quite gotten the food photography down yet...I'll keep working on that.
