We had a great time this past weekend doing an array of different activities (I can't believe it is already Wednesday night). Friday night we went to Corked Wine Shop with our young adults group. If you've never been to Corked, you should definitely find some time to go. It's a fun atmosphere with wine tastings several nights of the week. The evening led us to Brixx Pizza, another favorite, and before we knew it, it was after midnight! We had a lazy Saturday morning which was perfect.
Saturday afternoon we attended the Carolina spring game. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures. We had a blast though, and Parker did pretty well considering he never had an afternoon nap. We tailgated with friends Joe and Michelle before the game which was lots of fun!
After church on Sunday, we spent some time working in our yard. It was a nice enough day to enjoy dinner outside on the patio.
Things are in full bloom outside. My clematis plant recently opened up! It has such a pretty flower.
The azaleas in our front yard are also in full bloom. It brightens my day to see these in the morning!
Tuesday evening we attended an event at Riverbanks zoo for Chris' company. He works for Waddell and Reed in Columbia. They opened up the zoo after hours which was so much fun! Parker enjoyed seeing some of the animals. He especially liked the elephants.
Tonight is a night to catch-up on laundry and everything else that has piled up around the house. Good evening!
