Family Reunion Weekend

We spent this past weekend in Charlotte. We drove up Friday evening after Jon got home from work and grilled out hamburgers that night and stayed around the house.

We spent Saturday at Aunt Linda Sue and Uncle Babe's house for the Query family reunion. It was a fun time and we ate lots of great food! Parker was introduced to several family members that he had never met before. We can't wait until everyone is together again.

Granddaddy and Grandmomma offered to babysit on Saturday evening so Jon and I could go out on our first date since before Parker. We had a great time although most of our conversation was about our little guy :) We went to Dressler's restaurant and had a great meal. If you're ever in the Huntersville area, I recommend it. We thought about going to see a movie, but were both so tired we decided to go back home.

We made it back to Columbia Sunday afternoon, just in time for Jon to make it to softball practice.
