Happy Birthday Chris!
We had a wonderful dinner with Jon's mom and Chris last night at Lake Carolina's newest restaurant, New York Butcher Shoppe and Grille. It is awesome. (Check out a recent review featured in The State here). If you live in the Columbia area, it is definitely worth a visit. One side of the building features a great shoppe with excellent cuts of meat, fresh baked bread and homemade pasta. The other side is a casual, but classy, restaurant. We enjoyed great food and wine last night while celebrating! It is nice to have such a great place within walking distance of our house.
