Saturday morning we headed out to the Colonial Center for Aunt Meredith's graduation from USC. Parker was a trooper and stayed awake throughout the entire graduation ceremony. He didn't fall asleep until the very end as we were walking out. Congratulations Aunt Meredith!

After lunch with the family, we decided it was the perfect day to take a dip in the pool. Uncle Jacob and Cameron came along with us. Parker loved it - I think we'll be spending lots of time there this summer!
Saturday evening we all went to our neighborhood picnic. The neighborhood association organized a big cookout for all the neighbors to meet one another. We had a great time. By the end of the day, Parker was one tired little boy. He let us sleep in until 7:30 Sunday morning.
Sunday morning I received the best surprise! Jon and Parker had done a little painting project (I'll let Jon tell you about that in a different post) and gave me a card with two little footprints on it. It was the best present I have ever received. Jon also got a new garden flag for our front yard. I have such sweet boys.

After brunch on Sunday morning we took a long afternoon nap and then went back to the pool. Here's a couple pictures of Parker all greased up with a mohawk and sporting a new pair of shades at the pool. We can't wait until our beach trip this summer! I think this little guy loves the sun and water!
